How do I get a free estimate?
Call (479) 601-3605 or send the form on this page. We come out, look at the actual building, and put a scope and a fixed number in front of you.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm. We are closed at weekends. If water is actively coming into the building, say so when you call.
Where are you located?
10500 AR-43, Harrison, AR 72601. There is a map at the foot of every page.
How quickly will you get back to me?
As soon as we can during business hours. If you send the form outside those, it will be the next working day rather than that evening — we would rather say so than leave you wondering.
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
Where the building is, what it is, and what is wrong or what you want built. If it is a leak, roughly when it started and whether it only happens in heavy rain — that last detail genuinely narrows down the cause.
Do you come out for small repairs?
Yes. Plenty of our work is a handful of panels or a single flashing, and catching it at that stage is exactly what stops it becoming a whole roof.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Not an honest one. Too much depends on the roof, the deck underneath, access and the building itself. What we can do is come and look for free and give you a real number.
Do you charge to come out?
No. The visit, the inspection and the estimate are all free.
Is my area covered?
Very likely. The service areas page lists the towns we are asked for most, and plenty of places in between are covered too.
Do you take emergency calls?
Call during business hours and tell us water is coming in. We will do what we can — but be wary of anyone promising a same-day miracle after a big storm, because the queue is real for everyone.
